A Handshake with former President Clinton

Recently, UT attracted a lot of famous personalities. First it was Bill Gates, then Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and just this Wednesday former President Bill Clinton visited the main campus.
Bill Clinton's event was scheduled from 5.30-8.00pm on Wednesday evening and we diligently reached the venue before 5.30pm. It was a windy evening and we stood there bearing the chilly wind, waiting for Mr. Clinton for about an hour. At about 6.30pm me and my friend Mandy decided to leave the venue as she had some other appointment to cater to. And we decided to take the shortest, cosiest path to the Taylor Hall through the Main Building. As we were passing the long corridor of the Main Building, we were approached by a man dressed in a suit and were asked to step aside from the center of the corridor and walk along the wall. We, of course were taken aback, not because we were asked to walk along the wall, but we mistook his statement and thought the door at the other end of the building was closed (to be specific, the door actually is closed on certain chilly/freezing nights when one is desperate for some shelter from cold). So, my friend asked the person if the other door was closed. At that very moment another handsome man broke out from the crowd of men and women in business suits and approached us with a beautiful smile on his face. He said "Hello Ladies!" and shook hands first with me and then with Mandy. We were shocked by this whole incident of some unknown person approaching us with a friendly gesture and then shaking hands. And, before we realized that the unknown person was actually Bill Clinton, he was gone.
And, believe me all this while we were only thinking about the closed door at the other end of the hallway!
